I can't login, how do I reset my password?
1. Click forgot password on www.MyMarshallSofware.com
2. Enter your account email > Click Recover Password

How do I add new users to MyMarshall Account?
Please contact your Marshall Rep or fill out the form and choose “New MyMarshall Account” from the drop down menu
My templates are not displaying correctly or isn't working anymore.
1. First, please try using a different computer. If you do not experience any issues with the display or functionality of the templates and reports on another computer, it is possible that the problem is specific to your current device. In such cases, we recommend reaching out to your IT department to address the problem.
2. If you happen to experience the same issues on multiple devices, please make sure the powerpoint software is up to date and is working when working with non MyMarshall related work.
3. The current template might be corrupt. In such cases, please use a different template.
4. If you are still encountering difficulties with your template, please submit a ticket and rest assured that a representative from Marshall Marketing will promptly assist you in resolving the issue.
